**Overview**

The People & Culture team is dedicated to creating a cohesive, supportive, and engaging environment for all employees. Dabble genuinely cares about its people and strives to ensure they feel valued and supported every day.

The People & Culture Coordinator works closely with the People & Culture team to deliver a seamless employee experience. The role is responsible for managing employee lifecycle events, acting as the first point of contact for employee queries, coordinating travel, supporting compliance and wellbeing initiatives, and contributing to cultural initiatives across the organisation.

**Primary Location**

**Responsibilities**

- Manage employee lifecycle events including onboarding, probation, movements, secondments, parental leave, and departures with accuracy and care
- Complete and maintain process checklists and ensure all tasks are followed through
- Maintain open communication with managers and stakeholders to ensure a seamless employee experience
- Monitor inboxes and Slack channels, respond to queries, provide first-line guidance, and escalate complex matters when needed
- Maintain accurate employee data in Rippling and other HR systems
- Prepare contracts, letters, and other correspondence using approved templates to ensure a consistent employee experience
- Coordinate employee travel in line with company policy, ensuring smooth and stress-free arrangements
- Process and assess travel expense claims and prepare monthly travel reports
- Conduct regular audits of HR data, processes, and documentation to ensure compliance
- Act with integrity, confidentiality, and care in all interactions while promoting wellbeing and positivity across the business

**Skills & Qualifications**

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, professional correspondence

- Attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while managing multiple priorities

- Confident, resilient, and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels

- Strong integrity, confidentiality, and discretion when handling sensitive information

- Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to identify and implement process improvements

- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable working across multiple systems (e.g. Rippling, Slack, Trello, Figma)

- Flexibility to travel interstate on a semi-regular basis
