**Retention Sales Consultant**

Our sales team are looking to expand, and are on the hunt for new superstars who can bring amazing customer service, sales skills and overall talent to the team. Utilise your people-skills to answer existing customer inbound calls with some outbound activity to mix up your day and help us maintain and expand our customer base We’re more than just ENERGY

Red Energy is proudly owned by the Mighty Snowy Hydro, which creates renewable energy using water. Red Energy is proudly Australian owned, meaning a secure job for you with opportunity for career growth.

Uncapped fortnightly commissions will allow you to see a direct correlation between your efforts and earnings, allowing you to look at your week and be proud of what you’ve achieved (on top of a base salary and super).

BENEFITS:

- Full Time, Permanent Opportunity working from the comfort of your home
- Average full time earnings of $76,000 (Salary + Commissions) plus super on top, high performers earn much more
- Flexible rotating roster (Mon-Fri between 8am-8:30 pm + occasional Saturday with a rostered day off during the week)
- 2 extra days of annual leave a year (1 every 6 months)
- Option to purchase 4 week’s additional annual leave

What you will need to succeed in this role:

- 6- 12+ months experience working within a contact centre sales role
- Ability to communicate with clarity and a friendly tone.
- Capacity to maintain focus, stamina and optimism when dealing with objections.
- Basic computer literacy and problem solving skills.
- Healthy competitive drive and desire to achieve goals and targets.
