What you'll do
As a Sales and Retention Consultant, you will be at the forefront of engaging with customers who rely on essential software solutions for their business operations.
- Renew and retain existing customers’ software subscriptions by providing attentive service and clear communication throughout the renewal process.
- Develop strong phone presence to nurture relationships with customers, addressing their needs with empathy and understanding.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of prospects and opportunities using Salesforce, ensuring all information is accurate for seamless follow-up.
What you bring
To excel as a Sales and Retention Consultant, your background should include previous call centre or phone-based customer service experience.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English as well as Japanese is essential for communicating effectively with a diverse client base.
- Experience providing excellent customer service ensures you can respond sensitively to client needs while fostering loyalty.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and personable demeanour.
