About the role:
This Administration role is a temporary full time position located in Adelaide CBD. The administrator position will see you reporting to the operations manager, working Monday to Friday to provide administrative duties. This role gives you the opportunity to extend and grow within the AGFMA contract and Ventia.

Key Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Analysing Data.
- processing and dispatching work orders.
- Work closely and assist our Operations Manager, subcontractors and Service Delivery Leads.
- other Administration duties - Filing, recording and maintaining registers.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience in operations administration support services.
- Experience in Excel and Microsoft suite and SAP.
- Police check and working with children check.
- ability to build sustainable relationships with stakeholders and customers.
