**A bit about the role**

We’re looking for an Application Support Lead to join our Client Services team based in Perth on a permanent, full-time basis. The Application Support Lead is responsible for managing our people and process for the Application Support team.

You will be responsible for:

- Defining, publishing, and maintaining the team’s ways of working including internal processes and interactions with other internal teams
- Respond to escalated support issues and prioritise appropriately
- Provide guidance for the team in terms of priorities
- Collaborate with the team to set team goals
- Conduct 1 on 1s with team members
- Ensure the team is appropriately trained and mentored
- Serve as an escalation point for internal and external stakeholders

**We’d like you to have**
- Tertiary qualification in a technology-related discipline
- ITIL Certification (desirable)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer outcome focussed with proven customer service skills
- Ability to prioritise work and employ time management skills
- A solid understanding of IT Concepts, technologies, and terminologies
