About the role

We're looking for a Level 3 Application Support Engineer to be the go-to problem solver for our customers. You'll tackle tricky technical issues, work with smart teammates, and keep our clients' systems running smoothly. If you love cracking complex problems, helping people, and making tech work like magic — this role is for you

As our newest L3 Application Support Engineer, you'll:

• Be the hero for tough support tickets across all our applications.
• Troubleshoot, solve, and explain — keeping customers in the loop every step of the way.
• Collaborate with devs, architects, and fellow support pros to deliver quality solutions.
• Spot risks early, share improvements, and help us get better every day.
• Keep our knowledge base fresh and useful for the whole team.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who is passionate about technology and thrives in a collaborative environment where customer success is at the heart of everything we do

You'll also bring:

• A couple of years' experience as a developer in an agile, team-based environment.
• Strong knowledge of web application frameworks (bonus if you know Microsoft tech).
• Solid skills with databases and modern development tools like .NET, , Java, PHP, React, SQL, and Git.
• Experience deploying cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, or similar) and integrating with third-party web services.
• Great communication skills and the ability to explain complex tech in simple terms.
• A customer-first mindset, with empathy and problem-solving at the core.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.
• A team player who's always keen to learn, grow, and share knowledge.
