**About the Role**

Due to an internal promotion, an excellent career opportunity has become available for an experienced Account Manager to manage a portfolio of professional service sector clients. Your portfolio will include clients from some of Australia's largest financial institutions. You will build your close working relationship to deliver their uniform needs. You will be responsible for achieving budget revenue, gross margin and organic growth through the development and implementation of sales plans by account. Additionally, you will maintain effective client relationships whilst retaining client contracts by using effective sales strategy and sales excellence.

**What you'll be doing**
- Achieve sales and growth by managing uniform apparel ranges for your clients. This will include being involved in range development, working with the client to understand their needs, critical path participation, planning of inventory with the merchandise team, offering excellent customer service amongst other tasks to ensure delivery targets are achieved.
- Have strategic plans for contract retention, working alongside the legal team, Sales Manager & Senior Account Manager and will need to understand reporting needs and proficiency to oversee preparation and analysis of weekly / monthly reporting (internal and external) to assist in monitoring KPI's and to continue to implement strategies for KPI improvement and highlight any areas of contract non-compliance Sales Planning & Product Range Efficiency.
- Manage stock and service model within efficient levels to ensure maximum profitability of client sales & limited liability if applicable, manage range life-cycling, liaise with the business to prepare annual budget by client.
- Liaise with Customer Service, Merchandise teams, Ecommerce teams and others

**What we're looking for**

Alongside being a great people person with a sense of drive you will ideally have:

- Sales experience
- Minimum 3 years demonstrated ability to achieve targets via developing and implementing sales growth strategies
- Minimum 3 years in business to business selling and servicing or experience working with large Corporate customers
- Demonstrated ability to function in a complex matrix organisation
- Numerate and commercially astute
- Excellent customer service skills Strong communication skills, including written
- Strong time management, self-motivation and self-organising skill are crucial to the role's success.
