Finsbury Green, a privately owned leader in print, managed services, and logistics, is seeking an experienced Account service individual to join our team.

Joining our Vic Commercial team, you will Initially support our Account Managers and Business Development Managers in providing high-quality service to customers. This will involve some interaction with both our customers and suppliers as you source and manage print and promotional products for our customers. The position is located at our Port Melbourne site.

Some of the duties include:

Communicate, liaise, and negotiate with internal production teams and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.

Track jobs through the entire internal production process.

Respond to and follow up customer enquiries using appropriate methods.

Attend and present at external customer meetings, internal meetings and other company functions necessary to perform duties including business development.

Printing industry experience preferred.
