Goz City is looking for the ultimate team player with extensive hospitality experience

We are a specialty gozleme store who offers delicious hand-made Turkish pastries along with specialty coffee, salads and other snacks across our CBD and Port Melbourne locations. In addition, we have a thriving wholesale business which distributes our frozen gozleme to supermarkets such as Coles Local, catering companies such as The Big Group as well as many cafes who cook and serve.

We're looking for someone to step into managing and growing our wholesale accounts, as well as spending some time working on the shop floor.

Role Description

Account Management
- Processing, packing and delivering orders
- Packaging gozleme
- Visiting customers and maintaining relationships
- Responding to in-bound leads and generating sales for new accounts

All Rounder
- Spending 1-2 hours (not fixed) on the shop floor, or as needed, assisting with food and coffee service
- Helping out with deliveries of stock between our two stores
- Cooking gozleme

Hours of Role
- Monday to Friday
- 8am - 4pm (approx)
- Located in Port Melbourne with free parking available

Who You Are
- Customer service focussed
- Experience working with coffee / general cafe or restaurant experience
- Not afraid to get your hands dirty
- Has a driving license
- Capacity for or experience with administration such as having been a store manager
- Attention to detail
