Fantastic opportunity for a HR Manager on a permanent basis located near Baldivis
Your new role

Your new role will be working in conjunction with the senior leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies. You’ll be responsible for leading the organisation in providing best practice strategic people and culture initiatives that ensure the delivered on enhancing organisation culture, efficiency, and effectiveness.

You will be delivering strategic and operational advice on all HR related matters including WHS, ER and organisational development. You’ll promote a learning organisation focused on its people whilst leading the HR team to provide best practice customer service.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience as a leader within the HR space, demonstrated understanding and skills in HR and OD, development of WHS strategies and up to date knowledge of IR and ideally experience working with unions. This role will also require a qualification with HR or related field.

You’ll have the ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality to deal appropriately with sensitive and high-level issues and be able to plan and prepare budgets and to develop strategic plans. You’ll have strategic and operational planning experience along with budget and financial management skills.
