**Hotel Snapshot**
**The Radisson Blu Plaza Sydney** is a heritage-listed 364 room, five star classic hotel located in the financial and dining hub of the northern CBD. We underwent a refurbishment of all rooms recently and enjoy high levels of repeat clientele who enjoy our personalised customer service. We're located by Sydney's best shopping and walking distance to Circular Quay & Sydney Opera House.
**The Role**
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager your new role will see you working in a dynamic, but small team of 3 people (inclusive of the HR Manager).
This is a temporary, 6-month, position mainly focussing on supporting the Leadership Team with their recruitment needs. You will also assist the HR Manager and PA to the Executive Office with various administration duties.
Your responsibilities and duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Create job advertisements and advertise on various recruitment platforms
- Liaise with the various recruitment platforms
- Plan and coordinate interviews
- Assist with onboarding
- Various administration tasks e.g. maintaining employee files and profiles, creating posters, organising birthday cards, booking internal and external training
**About You**
This role would suit a very organised, reliable team player who possess the following:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Positive and friendly demeanour
- Intermediate Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills. We also use Canva, no experience necessary.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred
- Previous recruitment experience (or exposure to this area)
- A background in hospitality operations would be highly regarded. If you do not have experience in hospitality, please address this in your cover letter. We would love to hear why you would like to move across to our industry.
- Please note that this is a temporary, 6-month opportunity.
**Support**
You will be supported by our experienced Human Resources Manager who will take you through the initial training and 2-day Orientation program.
**Good to Know**
Regular working hours are from 08:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday. We provide a 2 day Orientation, complimentary dry cleaning and meals in the staff cafeteria. On occasion, you must be available after hours for staff/charity events. After 3 months, you will also be eligible for discounted global accommodation rates for yourself, friends and family.
**Australian Working Rights**
You must be able to work full time hours and be available for the full 6 months. Working Holiday Visa holders are also welcome to apply.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
