**What is your new role like?**

The Rostering and Operations Coordinator is an exciting role that will provide a variety of challenges to solve with opportunities to use your initiative in being proactive in how we manage, maintain, and schedule shifts for care workers who are delivering an array of different services to our elderly clients who are seeking to maintain their independence living at home. In this fast-paced dynamic environment where no two days are the same, you'll also liaise and negotiate between our Providers and Care Workers on any changes of services, as well as, manage any complaints, concerns, or incidents as the first line of defense under the guidance of senior management.

From an operations perspective, you'll provide broader administrative support to operational functions in the business ranging from compliance and quality auditing, process improvement and streamlining better ways of working, policy design and implementation, as well as getting creative with marketing initiatives and human resources support.
