**..About the role & Company**
Exciting opportunity for a Roster Coordinator to join a reputable global company based in North Sydney for an ongoing contract (with possible extension to permanent). The role is to be based 3 days a week in the North Sydney Office with 2 day working from home.

The working hours will be Monday - Friday, generally doing a 9-5pm, however may require earlier start time from 8:30am.

**The Responsibilities**:
Your main responsibilities will include:

- Effectively build relationships with external and internal stakeholders (I.e. communicating with store managers etc).
- Coordinate rosters to fill rates and create a culture of flexibility amongst the team.
- Actual rostered hours should match forecast hours and changes to rosters communicated effectively to the staff.
- Manages annual leave approvals to meet business and
customer demand.
- Communicate rosters effectively with all stakeholders
- Appointment book management
- Labour Ratio to Sales
- Locum usage to be minimized and used only in regional and remote locations.

**The successful applicant**
- Prior experience with** Kronus **is extremely valuable.
- Proficiency with Windows office suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to complete tasks.
