Join our supportive and experienced Rostering Coordinator and our Regional Supervisory team in the day-to-day management of rosters, to become our trusted advisor on all things rostering as we grow
Our Roster Coordinators collaborate daily to create, publish and maintain monthly rosters well in advance, for our team of dedicated Disability Support Workers. Our teams support and care for the most vulnerable people in our communities, taking care of the most complex clinical and social needs to ensure our clients live life to the fullest.

This role will suit a collaborative professional with solid experience in rostering. **About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Carry out Rostering Process in compliance with the Rostering Process Flow-chart.
- Act swiftly and efficiently to fill gaps in rosters due to illness/cancellations.
- Develop and administer a roster “swap” system to minimise roster disruption.
- Maintain employee and client files in our rostering system
- Collaborate with our People & Culture team and utilise knowledge of client needs to assist in the recruitment of support workers.
- Assist during the client intake process when required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, advising on our business transformation

- Experience working with NDIS environment and SCHADS Award will be highly regarded but is not essential.
