ACES is currently seeking an experience
- ** Rostering Coordinator** to join our diverse and supportive Rostering Team. This role reports directly into the Rostering Manager and will suit someone who has experience working in a fast-paced environment, wanting a challenging but manageable role with a strong customer service skill.
- This position will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and scheduling rosters according to contractual requirements
- Maintain and update Human Force (rostering platform) and related systems
- Liaise and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- General Administration support

**Essential Criteria**
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role
- High level of written and oral communications skills, with a confident, personable and professional manner
- Ability to multitask and assist across the rostering department
- Good organizational skills and proven ability to establish priorities, manage tasks and meet competing deadlines whilst maintaining attention to accuracy and detail
- Proven ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
- Intermediate skills in Excel
- Security Licence is favourable but not mandatory
