About the role & client

Our client is an ASX listed company that has experience aggressive growth in the market, following from their recent acquisitions. With 4 business units all committed to the protection of the environment, our client is committed to practically living out their social corporate responsibility and making a positive impact, both for its people and planet.

The Responsibilities

Reporting to the CFO, your responsibilities will include:

- Preparation of monthly management accounts, including work in progress, allocation of labor and material costs.
- Analyze supply chain processes
- Analysis of stock control - essential part of the role
- Month end reporting, forecasting & preparation of budget
- Working closely with BU General Manager and Operations Managers to improve processes and profitability.
- Preparation of Operating Profit and Cash Forecasts
- Extensive Business Partnering
- CA/CPA qualified
- Ideally current or previous experience within a greenfield role - startup company, where you were responsible for initiating financial processes and project accounting
- Essential is your experience with Stock Control (reducing stock) and Supply Chain
- Effective communication skills, hands on and can-do attitude, the ability to work alongside Operations
- Time management and organizational skills are critical
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- SAP/Oracle experience
- Advanced Excel skills
