Cochlear is looking for a Manager - Manufacturing Support to manage a team of engineers and technicians to support the manufacturing lines on a day-to-day basis. This role will set the team direction to ensure manufacturing objectives are met in line with company goals.
Reporting to the Director Manufacturing Support, this is a permanent full-time role based in Cochlear’s Brisbane Office..
Your responsibilities will include- Lead the design and development of programs to drive growth aligned to Cochlear's strategy.- Delivery of program(s) within the defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints.- Prioritise activity as per business needs.- Ensure resources are forecasted and aligned with SC&OE activity program.- Set standards and change significantly by enhancing entire program outcomes aligning to Cochlear's strategic objectives.- Inspire team and sets direction in order to achieve innovation.- Management of complex stakeholder relationships to develop and deliver programs.- Ability to influence others (including executive leadership) to accept practices and approaches.- Demonstrate active involvement in the implementation and improvement of relevant quality procedures.- Attract, develop, and retain the best team to deliver Cochlear’s current and future business objectives, for example,
