We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Spiro Duct Manufacturer to join our production team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to secure long-term employment in a supportive and professional environment.

About the Role

As a Spiro Duct Manufacturer, you will be responsible for the fabrication and production of high-quality ductwork in accordance with project specifications and industry standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

You will be required to communicate with customers and management in meeting delivery deadlines and project target dates.

You will be required to work with upper management to ensure production targets and key indicators are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating Spiro duct and associated sheet metal machinery
• Cutting, rolling, and assembling bare and insulated ductwork to precise measurements and gauges as specified.
• Reading and interpreting workshop drawings and specifications
• Manufacture of all spiro ductwork fittings inclusive of lobster back bends, T Pieces , reducers and the like
• Performing quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with standards
• Maintaining a safe and organised workshop environment
• Maintaining a high level of care with all machinery involved in the production process.
• Meeting production targets and deadlines in collaboration with the team

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in duct manufacturing or sheet metal fabrication (highly regarded)
• Ability to interpret workshop drawings and technical specifications
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
