COREMATIC is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager to handle project coordination in our operations.
An engineering company based in Brisbane, COREMATIC delivers turnkey projects with specialities in computer vision, machine learning, and robotics. We handle consulting, design, and commissioning for a range of industries.
Who Are You?You will manage manufacturing-related projects, including planning, risk analysis, and coordination with teams. This involves overseeing production processes, ensuring deadlines are met, and collaborating with internal departments to resolve operational issues.
Responsibilities- Manage manufacturing-related projects, including planning, risk assessment, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee production processes and ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within the manufacturing sector, including re-industrialisation projects and program management for products at various maturity stages.
- Experience in supply chain management, risk assessments, feasibility studies, cost estimations, and working with subcontractors.
- Proven ability to analyse production flows, optimise workstations, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with financial aspects such as recurring/non-recurring costs, profitability plans, and client negotiations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (advanced level).
- Strong skills in leading multidisciplinary teams, conducting meetings, and resolving issues.
- Background in mechanical engineering or similar engineering field.
- Ability to work on-site at our headquarters in Brisbane Monday to Friday.
- Master\'s in Project Management.
- Proficiency in English, French, and Spanish to liaise with our Australian and European teams.
- Full working rights in Australia.
Salary: $95,000-$115,000
