**This will be a diverse and rewarding role within the Finance sector, our company is situated in high rise offices in Southport CBD within a fast paced and growing organisation that has an established culture of proactive and positive people who are valued and excited to come to work every day.**
**We are seeking a bright and skilled person to assist with a range of tasks including, but not limited to**:
- **Working closely with the Finance Director to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters.**:
- **Input accounting data into the accounting system (MYOB) with speed and accuracy**:
- **Processing weekly payroll including commissions.**:
- **Accounts Payable.**:
- **Key point of contact for suppliers and property managers.**:
- **Weekly presentation and business update to company directors**:
- **Administering and helping to manage our database software/CRM (Infusionsoft) and electronic communications.**:
- **Preparation of client files and timely client communications.**:
- **Assisting with the development and implementation of new processes and systems.**:
- **Will be utilising MS Suite of products on a daily basis so competence in this area is critical, specifically Excel and Powerpoint**

- **Efficient time management, planning and organizational skills**:
- **Dedicated and focused individual**:
- **Is able to juggle multiple tasks, while keeping a finger on the pulse at all times**:
- **Doesn’t panic under pressure, enjoys working in an energetic and positive team environment**
