**What Does Success Look Like in this Role?**

Reporting to the General Manager - Technology, you will assist the Development Team and the IT leadership team, to coordinate a range of projects surrounding automation and innovation. This is a newly created position so this an opportunity to make YOUR mark on a growing ASX 200 listed business.

**What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day**
- Maintaining and monitoring program plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Organising, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Assist the Development team with the running of their projects according to the team project framework.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable and escalating them to the appropriate owner.
- Help with the continuous improvement of the team processes.
- Identify improvements in project analytics and manage the engagement with key stakeholders on such.
- Strong focus on building long-term, high-quality vendor relationships that provide National Storage with assurance around business continuity, innovation and solution development.
- Engage regularly with external suppliers to review potential new technology and service offerings.

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- 3 years demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Agile framework (desirable).
- Knowledge of ITIL framework (desirable).
- Graphic Design experience (desirable).
- Frontend Design skills (desirable).
- Experience coordinating multiple project and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- The ability to work hands on and solve detailed project problems.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
