Responsibilities

  • Support multiple projects, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to project plans.
  • Assist with project financials, project management plans, and statements of work.
  • Provide administrative support for project documentation, reporting, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Maintain a high level of organisation, proactively identifying and resolving project challenges.
  • Ensure all project activities align with best practices and industry standards.

Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of
    Project Management methodologies
    such as
    PMBoK.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach to meeting tight deadlines.
