Tom Lever Gardens (TLG) is a design-led landscaping company known for creating refined, timeless outdoor spaces across the Macedon Ranges. We’re proud of our craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the long-term relationships we build with our clients.

We’re seeking an experienced **Landscape Operations Manager** to oversee the day-to-day running of our construction division. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on bringing plans to life, motivating a team, and keeping projects running smoothly—without cutting corners.

**What you’ll do**:

- Lead and support a skilled landscaping crew across multiple residential projects
- Manage daily scheduling, materials, and site logistics
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and the design team
- Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism
- Identify improvements and keep things running like clockwork
- Occasionally step on the tools to lend a hand and guide the team

**What you’ll bring**:

- Proven experience in landscape construction or project management
- Clear communication and team leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and a calm, organised approach
- Knowledge of WHS practices and job management software (ServiceM8 a bonus)
- A genuine appreciation for thoughtful, well-executed gardens

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
