Concrete Plant Operations Manager Trainee Role

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Concrete Plant Operations Manager Trainee. This is an excellent opportunity for career growth and professional development in the construction materials industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for taking concrete orders, scheduling jobs, supervising Concrete Agitator Drivers, coordinating plant maintenance, batching and dispatching concrete, managing raw material stocks, and ensuring compliance with safety, health, environmental, and Chain of Responsibility standards.

About the Role

The successful candidate will report to the Operations & Logistics Manager and will be responsible for:

  • Taking and entering concrete orders
  • Scheduling and allocating jobs
  • Supervising Concrete Agitator Drivers
  • Coordinating plant maintenance and performing basic upkeep
  • Batching and dispatching concrete
  • Managing raw material stocks
  • Ensuring safety, health, environmental, and Chain of Responsibility standards
