The Role

We are seeking a passionate, experienced and values-driven Centre Manager to lead our service with integrity, vision, and a strong commitment to Early Childhood Education and Care.

About You

You are a confident, capable and emotionally intelligent leader with:

  • Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
  • Minimum two years of experience in a leadership capacity in ECEC settings
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, EYLF and VEYLDF
  • Current certifications-First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management, WWCC, Police Check
  • Commitment to Child Safety with continuous quality improvement mindset
  • Experience in managing rosters, enrolments and regulatory obligations
  • Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to lead, guide and uplift a team to achieve positive educational outcomes
