- Developing, managing and maintaining procurement and funding documentation, systems and records to support compliant accurate, timely, and transparent purchasing processes.
- Providing operational and administrative support for finance, budgeting and forecasting processes, including use of systems such as Oracle, PowerBI and the Commitments Register.
- Supporting financial monitoring, payment of invoices, budgeting and forecasting activities, and contribute to the identification, tracking and reporting of cost saving opportunities.
**Qualifications / Specialist Expertise**
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant government legislation and experience in procurement, contract and finance management activities is essential.
- A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable.
- Demonstrated experience working with people who have a past or current lived experience of mental ill-health or psychological distress is preferable.
**What we offer**:
- The opportunity to perform meaningful work, making direct contributions toward enabling Victorians to be the healthiest people in the world.
