**The Role**
As a Community Programs Lead, you will develop and manage community engagement programs that foster social inclusion, life skills, and independence for NDIS participants. You will collaborate with participants, families, and support coordinators to ensure programs align with their goals and funding requirements. You will also be responsible for program growth, stakeholder partnerships, and overseeing a team of support staff.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement community-based programs that enhance independence and participation. Ensuring you have a focus on capacity building, empowering individuals to achieve their goals through community participation.
- Identify and engage eligible NDIS participants in suitable programs.
- Build and maintain partnerships with community organisations and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS and Aged Care standards through effective documentation.
- Monitor program outcomes, participant progress, and service quality improvements.
- Oversee workforce planning, including rostering for programs.
- Identifying and assign suitable support workers who strive to enable and drive individuals to reach their full potential.
- Support risk management, incident reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

**About You**
- Experience in building and designing social programs in the community is a must
- Strong leadership and program management skills.
- Understanding of NDIS funding and service coordination.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, First Aid, and CPR certification.
- Relevant qualification in Community Services, Disability, Social Work, or a related field.
