**THE PLAN**
Repairhub is a joint venture partner with IAG and RACV. With an abundance of work in the pipeline over the coming 12 months and beyond, we are looking for experienced Facility Manager at our site in Banyo Site.

**LOCATION**
35 Wentworth Place, Banyo QLD 4014

**DUTIES**
The Facilities Manager provides operational management of all Repairhub properties, buildings and infrastructure assets. The Facilities Manager operates with a high level of autonomy and is expected to display significant initiative, sound judgement, and reliable leadership and management in carrying out the requirements of the position.

The Facilities Manager is responsible for:

- The planning and implementation of cost-effective and quality facility services at all sites including maintenance, cleaning, security, waste removal, car parking, utilities management and signage.
- Management of facilities master planning, capital works projects, new buildings, facility leases and refurbishment projects.
- Senior level interaction and negotiation with service providers, regulatory authorities, government bodies and internal clients.
- Developing policies and procedures in order to improve the performance of the facilities function.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum of 5 years' proven experience as facilities manager or similar position;
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills;
- Good analytical/critical thinking;
- Time management is essential;
- Qualifications in facility management, business administration or relevant field**.**
