**What this job involves**:
Customer satisfaction is second nature to us, that’s why you will ensure that we continue to build and maintain a strong strategic relationship with our client. You’ll be the key point of contact for service delivery for a highly regarded national account, comprising various types of properties based on site in Brisbane’s North.

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities for this national portfolio and assisting the Operations Director to focus the Facilities Management team to ensure priorities are aligned, working with support function teams.

Other key responsibilities include special projects, inspections, mechanical, electrical, fire & security systems maintenance, cleaning & waste management, energy management, occupational health & safety management, supplier management, emergency response, capital works projects and financial management & reporting against agreed budgets.

Your exemplary track record in Facilities Management has been proven over time and you passionately inspire and encourage a 'customer and team' focused vision and vocabulary.

You will be an engaging people manager who thrives on developing your team. Exceptional leadership skills will encourage the onsite Facilities Coordinators to achieve the best possible performance and will motivate, engage, and promote personal development.

Sound knowledge of risk management, vendor management as well as good budget management and financial skills will be preferred and you are a strategic thinker who can deal with ambiguity and can solve complex problems effectively.
