**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment and systems in the facility on weekends
- Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the course of the weekend
- Manage a team of maintenance staff and ensure that they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that maintenance and repair work is completed in a timely and efficient manner

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ years’ experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory role
- Fitter or Electrical qualification
- Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must be available to work on weekends
