Cleaning Supervisor

Job location: Banyo QLD

Shift timing: 7am - 3pm (Mon - Fri)

**The Role**:

- General cleaning of designated areas, scrubbing, dusting, mopping Etc.
- Manual handling and lifting of equipment
- Assisting in the development and execution of cleaning plans and safety requirements for site
- Ensuring contractual obligations are met in all aspects of cleaning and client outcomes
- Assist with rostering staff and sending out reminders to staff
- Conduct inspections on machinery and equipment, reporting any faults
- Completing and recording observations, incidents, and/or near misses
- Client liaison and communication with upper management
- Assist with recording and monitoring stock and chemicals
- Cover staff lunch and tea breaks when required

**The Person**:

- Minimum 1-year experience in a hands-on cleaning supervisor role
- Valid Australian working rights and current Police check issued within the last 12 months
- Strong customer service skills and excellent communication
- Skilled in people management and leading teams
- Certificate III in Asset Maintenance (preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic computer skills
