**Location: Australian Catholic University, Banyo**

**Shift Times: Monday to Friday (6:30am to 2:36pm)**

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Cleaner to join our team. As a cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency across our facilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks in designated areas, including surface scrubbing, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, consumable replenishment, and washbasin upkeep.
- Undertake toilet cleaning duties.
- Utilise various cleaning equipment, such as brooms, mops, and sponges, to restore diverse surfaces to a clean and hygienic state.
- Ensure all cleaning activities meet contractual requirements and high standards of cleanliness.
- Work independently to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, promptly reporting any on-site issues to management.
- Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Prioritise and execute tasks independently.
- Adhere to rigorous Work, Health, and Safety standards.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Possession of valid Australian work rights and a current Police check.
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated cleaning experience with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in customer service and effective communication.
- Dedication to safety practices and a sound understanding of safe chemical usage.
