**About Us**: We are a leading manufacturer and supplier of municipal vehicles and equipment. We have exciting opportunities for experienced **"Service Supervisor"** to join our team in **Banyo, Queensland**. **What you can expect from the role**: - Supervise the team of Workshop and Field Technicians by clearly communicating and issuing instructions for each job. - Ensure every Workshop based job has been inspected and signed off prior to return to the Customer - Manage workshops OH&S and Environmental compliance - Ensure all warranty parts are correctly labelled, stored and returned in a timely manner - Manage workshop consumables and lubricants, etc. - Maintain workshop and service vehicle equipment and tooling. - Providing timely support and assistants to customers - Manage the use of third party providers - Ensure all service reports and time sheets are reviewed and approved to support timely and efficient job processing **What we are looking for**: - Expertise in technical and mechanical techniques and procedures to effectively manage completion of work in the workshop and field environment. - To be fully aware of current responsibilities and requirements of relevant legislation and company procedures. - Ability to manage one’s own time, set priorities, plan and organise work in order to meet the objectives of the business - Ability to work independently as well as lead a number of people and manage multiple resources - Ability to produce results despite conflicting pressures and competing demands **What’s in it for you?** - You’ll work for an organization that cares about the health and safety of our people. - Working for a world and industry leader producing well-known vehicle and product brands - Excellent working facilities with on-site car parking - Competitive remuneration and benefits, bonuses, and employee benefits - Training and possible career development opportunities across Australia - Fantastic team culture and working environment **It’s people that make Bucher Municipal.
