**Our Opportunity**

We are excited to announce that we currently have a permanent Works Coordinator position available to work from our Ingleburn branch for an individual who can show us they can live and breathe our values. We operate Monday to Friday but due to the nature of our requirements, you will sometimes need to be flexible with your availability.

**About our roles**:
An opportunity exists for a focused and energetic self-starter to join our Ingleburn branch in the role of Works Coordinator, reporting to the State Manager.

In this critical role you will be accountable for directing operational activities within the branch, managing and planning labour & equipment requirements, providing excellent internal & external customer service, attending to relevant administration duties, demonstrating effective leadership at branch level, and delivering quality outcomes in a cost effective and safe manner.

**To be successful in this role you will;**
- Have proven experience in a customer service / Industrial service experience
- Possess strong organisational, and time management skills with the ability to juggle several tasks at once,
- Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at trades and management levels,
- Have the ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Well-developed computer, written and oral communication skills will be essential in this role.
- Previous experience with the transport allocation sector and or the water sector.
- Ability to manage small project on a resource base level, from start to finish.
- Ability to close out works with the required documentation.
