**Your new role awaits **

The Service Coordinator is a key support role and will be responsible for coordinating service teams and contractors nationally to meet programmed service or breakdown needs for Power & HVAC projects. You will be maintaining our maintenance plan for jobs in remote locations and making any necessary arrangements is fundamental to the role. In addition, the Service Coordinator will be cross trained with allocations and act as Power & HAVC filter for inbound inquiries. This is a newly created role and has unlimited potential to make this role "your own".

**What you’ll bring to the role**
- Experience in a similar role, scheduling of Power & HVAC Solutions activities, liaising with; Power, etc & HVAC staff, workshop(s), allocations, transport, customer and field service
- Proven ability to implement and maintain a safety first culture
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- People coordination and development skills
- Proven ability to self-manage time and workload according to deadline
- Mechanical aptitude

**Job Type**: Apprenticeship

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

- Ingleburn, NSW 2565: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- HVAC Maintenance Scheduling: 2 years (preferred)
