- Party Coordinator; and
- Trainee Party Coordinator

Working as part of a fun team surrounded by lots of activities, you'll have a great opportunity to learn so much about this role and the brand with training provided as you directly report to the Senior Party Coordinator.

Within the roles you'll;
- Greet, acknowledge and interact with parents and their guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Coordinate fun, memorable birthday parties as well as party activities to ensure children are active, interested and safe throughout the party with their party hosts
- Coordinate other members of your team, including hosts and party attendants
- Assist in serving snacks and meals
- Ensure all party requirements are executed in a timely manner
- Facilitate party bookings and enquiries through our booking platform
- Enter finalised parties into our venue till
- Resolve conflicts and respond to all parent inquiries throughout the duration of the party
- Respond appropriately to different party situations including reorganising the party based on parent requests

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: Up to $39.00 per hour
