ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Performance & Training Coordinator, you'll play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of our NSW Mobile Speed Cameras program. Based in our Ingleburn office, reporting to the Contract Lead (Alex), you'll be responsible for training staff, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement.

**In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- Training & Compliance: Deliver training, handle recruitment support, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Reporting & Data Analysis: Prepare reports, analyse data, and implement procedures for improvement.
- Health & Safety: Coordinate safety procedures, analyse data, and oversee incident management.
- Operations Support: Maintain operational instructions, monitor performance, and liaise with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operators, supervisors, management) and external stakeholders (Acusensus, Transport for NSW).

ABOUT YOU
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment
- Previous supervisory experience.
