**The role**:
We have a great opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our amazing team in our Gauge Circuit facility in Canning Vale. This role is mainly responsible for supporting the Minerals Sales team and we are looking for someone who is excited by the challenges of our business and enjoys the variety this role offers.

As Sales Administrator, some of your tasks will be, but not limited to:

- Assist in preparation of client quotations
- Administration of client pricing schedules
- Entry & monitoring of data in reporting & CRM systems
- Purchase order generation, invoice processing & expense claims
- Answering & directing phone enquiries

**What’s needed?**
- Sound Microsoft Office skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
- A customer & company focussed attitude
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
