**About the Role**
The role is an integral part of the Learning and Development Team. The primary focus is to develop and deliver learning activities that build employees capability and capacity along with driving continuous improvement.
Key skills and responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and maintain training content and resources.
- Recommend responses to training needs identified through ongoing monitoring and formal training need analysis.
- Deliver face to face and online learning and assessments.
- Evaluate training activities for learner outcomes and experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
**About You**
Possess a passion to be part of an organisation delivering high quality client centred services to people with Autism.
Essential:
- Experience in training adult learners.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships within a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Highly regarded:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
- Prior experience in the health, disability or community services will be highly regarded.
