**The Role**

As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be providing an awesome customer experience to our valuable customers throughout the Preconstruction stage of their building journey. You will be their first point of contact, field their queries and provide regular fortnightly updates throughout Preconstruction until they are ready to commence Construction.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the Preconstruction workflow being completed within the required timeframes to achieve our targets, whilst also maintaining a high level of customer care.

Some of the key tasks and responsibilities will include:

- Providing structured fortnightly updates to customers
- Fielding and answering customer questions and queries
- Driving jobs through Preconstruction; from sign up to construction
- Tracking and coordination of job workflows throughout Preconstruction including liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordination of all required customer meetings
- Attend weekly tracking meetings to provide updates to Sales Consultants and Team Manager
- Ensuring accuracy of all documentation issued and received
- Other ad hoc duties as required
