The City is looking for a Customer Experience Advocate who will provide high quality customer experiences to both internal and external stakeholders and identify opportunities to develop, support and enhance the City's customer experience delivery, as well as managing the complaints framework with best practice feedback handling.

Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, this position will support the City by:

- Providing advice and support regarding complex problem resolution to assist in the shaping of customer strategy and service principles.
- Ensuring complex and sensitive issues are identified and escalated when and where required.
- Educating, supporting and developing team members to coordinate customer management in order to deliver consistent and high-quality service as per standard.
- Engaging with and supporting external stakeholders to understand the City’s obligations and clear customer service expectations.

To be successful in this role you will have experience in high level customer support and a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers whilst assisting in creating a service standard culture.
