We are looking for a Producer/Senior Producer, on a contractor basis, who has solid, proven experience in the production of multimedia forums and is looking for greater flexibility with regards to their work commitments.

The Producer/Senior Producer will play a key role in the day-to-day execution of the commercial side of the business, working with the leadership team to translate big picture ideas and concepts into a variety of online and in-person events. As the key point of contact between the client and broader team/suppliers, the Producer/Senior Producer will act as a translator of client ideas and topics into an event format, and will take responsibility for production projects from start to finish.

The Producer/Senior Producer will be a creative and lateral thinker who can overcome obstacles with a genuine passion for getting it right, every time. You will also have a sound understanding of the client service environment and how to operate within it.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate the production of digital media including videos, podcasts and webinars.
- Oversee and coordinate the production of in person events including roundtables, forums, panels and conferences
- Direct the support team on list build, delegate acquisition, event management and operations
- Suggest topics, speakers, themes of interest to our readers and guests to build products around (webinars, whitepapers, roundtables, forums, podcast eps)
- Draft film and multimedia briefs
- Take briefs from clients and foster long-lasting relationships with them
- Ensure all clients are updated on the delivery of digital campaigns
- Create concepts and designs for new digital projects.
- Coordinate workflow and documentation and ensure design standards are being upheld.
- Oversee the process of developing and delivering content and making sure things are running smoothly and contingencies are in place.
- Provide in-person tech support for online and offline events
- Prepare accurate status reports.
- Identify any issues and resolve them in a timely manner. Ensure all content is on brand and meets client’s requirements.
