**Technical Producer**
This position is full-time, in office and located in Sydney, AUS.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create and maintain project schedules and milestones documentation, monitoring the progress of milestones and specific tasks against those schedules
- Road map ongoing development projects, create timelines that work within client projects and dedicate appropriate resources to fulfill both development and project work
- Identify other teammates both within Girraphic and external freelancers with the necessary technical knowledge and skills in order to drive the project forward
- Develop and maintain both short and long-term capacity planning methods
- Hold regular meetings with the project teams, individuals and clients to discuss status, share information and do progress updates
- Drive consensus on technical decisions to satisfy client requirements
- Break down large and complex projects into meaningful and digestible subprojects
- Ensure a common understanding and agreement on project scope and goals
- Partner with global producers to ensure all projects around the world are appropriately staffed and planned for, work to create global timelines to reach maximum efficiency for our team
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in broadcast as a producer/project manager or similar
- Familiarity with Unreal Engine and 3D workflows
- Strong understanding of development timelines and project management processes and practices
- Strong ability to work with producers, developers, and creatives across multiple simultaneous projects
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively across creative, development and management teams
**Salary**: $66,149.76 - $107,659.67 per year
