Marketing Coordinator

MARKETING COORDINATOR

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Digital, your responsibilities include:

- Assist in the execution of seasonal marketing campaigns and channel planning.
- Plan and execute social media and content strategies & community management across all digital platforms, including the X-Files.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to assist with CRM and eDM planning and end-to-end management using Klaviyo.
- Assist in the development of brand assets as required, including the creation of organic and paid assets and executing campaign shoots.
- Oversee and manage all influencer and partnership collaborations and deliverables.
- Execute marketing and social media activations, promotions, and trade initiatives.
- Act as the custodian of our image library; ensure up to date assets and access to our portfolio of branded collateral.

This role requires:

- 3+ years’ experience within a similar marketing and/or brand management role.
- Experience within the fashion industry (luxury preferred).
- Extensive experience in channel building and creating highly engaging content for varied audiences
- Fluency in Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent copywriting skills and strong verbal communication.
- Strong visual eye and attention to detail.
- Highly organised with exceptional time management skills.
- A strong understanding of and passion for the wider fashion world.
- A deep understanding of the digital and social media landscape, and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends and drive digital progression.
- Ability to think on a global scale, with both the domestic and international consumer in mind.
- A positive, resourceful team player attitude, with creative problem-solving skills.
