**As Store Manager your Responsibilities will include**:
**Store Operations**
- Ensure efficient operation of stores to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPI’s, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control and stock accuracy.
- Create uniformity across the business, in operation processes, visual merchandising, team leadership and instore customer experience.
- Implement and support marketing campaigns, promotions and weekly visual merchandising instructions.
- Be the “Go to driver and communicator” between stores and other stakeholders in the business, Planning and Distribution, Buying, Visual Merchandising, Ecommerce, Creative, and Finance
- Effectively manage rostering and wages costs in each store inline with required budgets.
- Closely monitor stores sales in order to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and yearly targets.
- Conduct and distribute weekly reporting on store and staff performance.
- Ensure efficient OH&S management and adhere to state and national Legislation.

**Coaching & Staff development**
- Led by example, Motivate your team, and maintain high team morale.
- Develop team on selling technique (Engage, Show, Style), thru ‘one on one’ instore training. Improve customer service standards and support staff to achieve their KPI’s.
- Coach retail teams on all aspects of clientelling.
- Use your KPI analysis to coach the staff ultimately improving sales performance. Calling out outstanding performance s and areas of missed opportunities.
- Recruit, Induct and conduct regular performance management of all retail staff members.

**Clientelling/Business Development**
- Build a loyal clientele and provide exceptional customer service coaching in each store
- Drive a culture where the client comes first in everything we do
- Lead a cultural change across the retail network from transactional selling to building relationships
- Lead all Client Data Capture strategy and partner with each staff member to ensure KPI’s are met.
- Manage and execute in-store events in coordination with store network and key organisational functions to create brand awareness and maximise commercial success.
- Identify consumer trends, and maintain knowledge and execution of industry best practices as well as performing ongoing benchmarking with competing brands
- Assist marketing with gifting as required.

**Experience & Qualifications**
- 3 years + Store Manager experience
- Experience in service industry

**Salary**: $46,777.00 - $70,000.00 per year
