Haven is seeking a Licensing Coordinator to drive marketing initiatives across a diverse portfolio of licensed brands. In this role, you’ll coordinate campaigns, analyse retail data, support product launches, and collaborate with international licensors and retail partners to ensure seamless brand execution.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinating day-to-day marketing activities across multiple licensed brands, ensuring campaigns and initiatives are delivered on time and within brand guidelines.
- Assisting with brand and retail marketing plans, including scheduling promotions, retail activations, trade updates, and seasonal calendars.
- Gathering and analysing retail and sales data to help track brand performance, identify opportunities, and inform campaign decisions.
- Preparing monthly licensor/brand presentations, reports, and marketing collateral for licensors, brand owners, and internal stakeholders.
- Supporting PR, digital, and social media initiatives, including drafting content, coordinating approvals, and liaising with external partners where required.
- Assisting with product launches by coordinating approvals, creative assets, and trade communications in conjunction with the Product Development team.
- Monitoring competitor and industry news globally to provide relevant updates for internal and external reporting.
- Liaising with international licensors, licensees, suppliers, and retail partners to ensure smooth campaign execution and consistent brand messaging.
- Assisting in the planning and delivery of events, store reviews, and promotional activities.
- Providing organisational support to the Business Manager if required, including meeting coordination and travel logistics, to enable the delivery of marketing and licensing campaigns and projects.

**Criteria**:

- Relevant Bachelor Degree or higher qualification in marketing, communications, or business.
- At least 1 year experience in a relevant marketing, brand, or communications role, ideally within retail, consumer goods, or licensing.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timeframes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence to liaise professionally with local and international stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret and present data in a clear way.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with creative tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
- Flexibility to support events, trade shows, or promotional projects that may fall outside regular hours.

Pay: $78,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
