Personal Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents for the CEO.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO, staff, clients, and external partners.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-ups.
- Assist with personal and professional tasks to optimize the CEO’s efficiency.
- Support project management, research, and administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination across all departments.
- Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and important events for the CEO.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to senior management.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
