**THE ROLE**

This role located within the Agency Performance and System Support (APSS) Team in the Brimbank Melton Area (BMA), West Division, has responsibility for monitoring the performance of external service providers for the Department of Families Fairness and Housing (DFFH) and the Department of Health. The role is accountable for the monitoring and implementation of the Agency Monitoring Framework (AMF), including management of local service agreements, and the collection and recording of performance data. The role has the primary relationship with a varied portfolio of funded organisations and supports these organisations to maintain quality and performance and undertakes a range of functions, such as support of new projects, service pathways, and place-based approaches and identifies and supports existing initiatives. The role is responsible for implementation of key departmental policy and reform agendas.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**
- Service Agreement management including monitoring, performance evaluations, service improvement, quality, and safeguarding (including incident management) and provision of local intelligence for briefings.
- Integrated health and human services professional contract management.
- Manage local service agreements including monitoring and implementation of AMF, collect and record performance data through data systems (SAMS2 Live Monitoring).
