**THE ROLE**

This role located within the Agency Performance and System Support team in the Hume Merri-bek Area, North Division has responsibility for monitoring the performance of external service providers. The role is accountable for the management of divisional service agreements and the collection and recording of performance data. The role is responsible for stakeholder management, contract management, performance monitoring, with a focus on working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations in a culturally safe manner, advancing self-determination and cultural safety.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**
- Assist in the management of service agreements and targets for funded activities, inform budget variations and develop and update service agreements on the department's service management system.
- Communicate service agreement requirements with funded agencies to ensure compliance.
- Utilise effective consultation mechanisms to identify, monitor and mitigate potential risks with funded agencies, health and human services agencies to identify and implement service improvement initiatives.
