A fantastic opportunity is available for a motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to build on their recruitment experience within DPC's People and Culture team - a close-knit group of HR staff who work across the department and its portfolio agencies to create a high performing workplace that puts people first.
As the Adviser, Recruitment you will work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders across the department in facilitating end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
You will manage pre-employment screening processes and outcomes, whilst also maintaining and recording an extensive array of recruitment activity and live tracking data.
You will establish and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, providing expert recruitment advice,with particular emphasis on talent sourcing for technical roles, and ensuring recruitment activities are planned and delivered within agreed timeframes.
About you
- experience in conducting end-to-end recruitment and selection activities and delivering successful outcomes in an internal corporate recruitment function
- strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail
- the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships, and influence and negotiate with stakeholders
- a commitment to provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders
- highly developed initiative, demonstrated accountability and adaptability in a dynamic setting with limited supervision.
Advanced skills in Springboard are highly desirable as is a knowledge of technical talent sourcing channels and methods.
